Why is The
Voyeur CHIC and GREEN?
Do you really have to
ask? Okay, okay, I’ll tell you. We are chic because we are green without even
trying. First of all, we are an online magazine which means no paper mess. I
have been asked frequently if I will ever go into print and I have thought it
over and definitely can say no. We rarely distribute flyers and when we
do it’s on a very low key level. A poster there a poster here, you will never
see us on the corner handing out hundreds of papers that will get thrown away
half way down the street. The majority of our advertising is on network sites.
We also hit the thrift stores for props and costumes and make a lot of them
ourselves and we use digital photography. Being a non-profit
magazine we are penny pinchers, so if I can make it or re-use it you can
bet that’s what I’ll do.
